WHAT SHOULD I AVOID BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Excessive sun exposure

Shaving or waxing any facial hair 

Aggressive exfoliation

You must wait at least two weeks after receiving any type of Botox or filler injections to receive a facial.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND I BOOK FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

I recommend the 60 minute custom facial.

MAY I BRING MY CHILD TO THE SALON?

I kindly ask that you leave children at home during your facial appointment. My goal is to provide you with the best possible care and attention during your session, and having a focused environment allows me to do that. Additionally, there are some items in the treatment room that could pose a safety risk for children.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, but in my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and myself, the following policies are to be honored: -24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment.

This is a courtesy to other guests who may want to book an open appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hour advanced notice, you will be charged a 50% service fee. -No call and no shows will be charged 100% of the full scheduled service(s).

-In the event that you are 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a service fee. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding, I truly appreciate your business

CAN YOU HELP ME SELECT WHICH PRODUCTS ARE BEST FOR MY SKIN?

Yes- the initial skin consultation and treatment is the service you will want to book if you are looking to get set up with a completely new homecare routine.  However, no matter what treatment is booked I am always willing to recommend products that will best suite your skin.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

You can expect your products to arrive within 3-5 business days.
